研究了核电站压力容器用A508-3钢的酸溶氮与酸溶铝的不同比值(N/Al)对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,N/Al比值增大,钢的塑性提高,但强度变化不大。韧脆转变温度(FATT)和无塑性转变温度(NDTT)降低。当N/Al比值为0.33~0.54时,FATT和NDTT明显降低;当N/Al比值为0.54~0.81时,FATT和NDTT基本不变。显微组织分析结果表明,随N/Al比值的增大,晶粒细化;贝氏体铁素体板条束尺寸和碳化物颗粒直径减小,碳化物弥散度增大。
The effect of acid-soluble nitrogen and acid-soluble aluminum ratio (N / Al) on the microstructure and properties of A508-3 steel for pressure vessels in nuclear power plants was studied. The results show that the N / Al ratio increases, the ductility of the steel increases, but the strength does not change much. Ductile and brittle transition temperature (FATT) and non-ductile transition temperature (NDTT) decreased. When the ratio of N / Al is 0.33 ~ 0.54, FATT and NDTT decrease obviously. When N / Al ratio is 0.54 ~ 0.81, FATT and NDTT are basically unchanged. The results of microstructure analysis showed that the grain refinement was observed with the increase of N / Al ratio. The size of bainitic ferrite lath and the diameter of carbide particles decreased and the degree of carbide dispersion increased.
