上海市电机工程学会第七次会员大会暨1991年学术年会于1991年12月4日在上海隆重召开。来自本市430多个企、事业单位的43个团体会员代表,特邀代表,各级领导及兄弟学会的来宾2240余人参加这次盛会。大会工作报告汇报了上海电机工程技术的发展,国内外学术交流活动,加强编辑出版事业,广泛开展科普活动,促进精神文明建设和整顿发展学会组织,加强学会自身建设,积极开展科技资询服务,促进科技与经济结合等方面所作工作,并对今后学会工作提出了初步打算。学会学术委员会在会前编辑出版了1991年学术年会论文集,收集了19个专业委员会91篇论文和198篇论文提要。年会按排了3天时间供各专业委员会分组进行学术交流。
The 7th General Assembly of the Shanghai Electrical Engineering Society and the 1991 Academic Annual Meeting were held in Shanghai on December 4, 1991. More than 2240 guests from 43 group members, guest delegates, leaders at various levels, and brothers’ associations from more than 430 enterprises and institutions in the city attended the event. The work report of the conference reports on the development of Shanghai’s electrical engineering technology, domestic and international academic exchange activities, strengthening of the editing and publishing industry, extensive scientific activities, promotion of spiritual civilization and the reorganization of development societies, strengthening of the self-building of the society, and active development of scientific and technological resources. We will promote work on the integration of science and technology with the economy, and make preliminary plans for the future work of the society. Academic Academic Committee edited and published the proceedings of the 1991 Academic Annual Meeting before the meeting. It collected 91 professional papers and 198 paper abstracts. The annual meeting is scheduled for three days for professional committees to conduct academic exchanges.
