本刊讯近日,四川移动客户服务中心的10086热线服务专家来到四川省残疾人服务外包就业(实训)基地工作区,他们帮助残疾人学员学习接听客服热线,讲授通过热线与客户沟通的知识与技巧。四川移动长期以来重视企业社会责任实践,在践行企业社会责任的思路驱动下,2013年11月,四川移动与省残联联合,与四川省残疾人服务外包就业(实训)基地合作,从残疾人就业能力的角度考虑,将10086的部分简单客服工作交给实训基地,并派出管理骨干帮助残疾人员工
