针对铂电阻PT100在测量温度时非平衡电桥的非线性误差和高温报警上限不可调的问题,提出了一种新型的温度监控系统。该系统以单片机STC89C52作为温度监控的核心,PT100采集温度,外加恒流源,经过放大、A/D转换,送给单片机进行处理,由1602液晶显示,超温发出报警,用无线遥控调节超温报警的上限。该监控系统很好的解决了精度低,高温报警上限不可调的问题。实验结果表明,该系统设计方案是可行的。
