为了探讨A-G图及AG数诊断及定量判断膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)及其临床应用价值,对205例前列腺增生(BPH)患者进行压力-流率测定。结果表明:171例患者被诊断为BOO,34例为非梗阻;151例患者位于A-G图梗阻区(O区),39例位于可疑区(E区),15例位于非梗阻区(U区)。E区患者中,20例为梗阻者,19例为非梗阻者;O区、E区、U区患者AG数分别为195.6±38.2、32.3±5.8及-32.4±15.6。32例前列腺摘除术患者术后AG数降低203.3±23.6,O区病例数降低26例,U区病例数增加29例。认为在临床工作中,使用A-G图诊断BOO以及使用AG数对BOO进行定量判断具有重要意义;
To investigate the diagnosis and quantitative evaluation of bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) and its clinical value with A-G and AG numbers, 205 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were measured for pressure-flow rate. The results showed that: 171 patients were diagnosed as BOO, 34 patients were non-obstructive; 151 patients were located in obstructive area A-G (O area), 39 were in suspicious area (E area), 15 were in non-obstructive area Area). In the 4 ± 15.6.3 cases of prostatectomy, the number of AG decreased by 203.3 ± 23.6, the number of cases in zone O decreased by 26 and the number of cases in zone U increased by 29. In clinical work, it is of great significance to use B-A to diagnose BOO and quantitatively determine BOO using AG numbers.
