目的 :观察促肝细胞生长素 (HGF)、维生素E(VitE)联合应用抑制大鼠实验性肝纤维化的可行性。方法 :以 2 0 %CCl4豆油溶液腹腔注射和高脂食物喂养制备SD大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,设HGF组、VitE组、HGF +VitE组和非治疗组。疗程结束后 (6周 )对受试各组进行血清学和肝组织学检查。结果 :HGF +VitE组在血清学 (ALT、HA、HYP)和组织学的改善均优于HGF组或VitE组。结论 :HGF和VitE联用对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的防治作用优于单一用药。
Objective: To observe the feasibility of inhibiting hepatic fibrosis in rats by combined application of hepatocyte growth hormone (HGF) and vitamin E (VitE). Methods: The liver fibrosis model of SD rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of 20% CCl4 soybean oil solution and high fat diet. HGF group, VitE group, HGF + VitE group and non-treatment group were established. Serum and liver histology were performed on each group tested after the end of the course of treatment (6 weeks). Results: HGF + VitE group had better improvement in serology (ALT, HA, HYP) and histology than HGF group or VitE group. Conclusion: The combination of HGF and VitE is superior to monotherapy in experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats.
