2015年进入收尾移交阶段的防城港核电项目是公司创新改革、积极拓展建设领域、多元化发展的重要举措。作为公司第一个核电项目,防城港核电项目在工程建设、经营管理等方面的有益探索,经验教训的积累总结等为公司今后发展提供了相应的借鉴素材。本文从物资管理角度总结回顾防城港项目开工至今的材料采购与库存管理工作,并尝试对2015年项目物资管理工作提出一些针对性管理意见与看法,以期戮力同心推动防城港核电工程安全顺利完工移交。
The Fangchenggang nuclear power project entering the final phase of handover in 2015 is an important measure for the Company’s innovation and reform, actively expanding its construction and diversifying its development. As the company’s first nuclear power project, Fangchenggang nuclear power project in engineering construction, management and other aspects of the beneficial exploration, accumulation of lessons learned and other summary for the company’s development for the future to provide the appropriate material. This article summarizes the materials procurement and inventory management of Fangchenggang project from the material management point of view, and tries to put forward some pertinent management opinions and opinions on the project material management in 2015 with a view to making concerted efforts to promote the safe and successful completion of the construction of Fangchenggang nuclear power project.
