[目的]研究参麦注射液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。[方法]取30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(sham组)、心肌缺血再灌注未干预组(MI/R组)、参麦注射液组(S组),分组后S组每天注射参麦注射液10ml/kg连续3d,sham组及MI/R组则注射等量的生理盐水。按照心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型开胸结扎冠状动脉左前降支,造成心肌缺血30min后放松再灌注90min,建立心肌缺血再灌注模型。免疫组化法检测心肌细胞ICAM-1的表达。[结果]与sham组相比,心肌细胞ICAM-1蛋白的表达明显升高。S组与IR组相比,心肌细胞ICAM-1蛋白的表达明显降低。[结论](1)心肌细胞ICAM-1蛋白的表达升高;(2)参麦注射液能明显抑制ICAM-1表达上调;(3)参麦注射液对缺血再灌注大鼠心肌有保护作用,这种作用与抑制这种作用与抑制ICAM-1表达上调有关。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. [Methods] Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, MI group, MI group and S group. S group Injection Shenmai injection 10ml / kg for 3d, sham group and MI / R group was injected with the same amount of saline. Myocardial ischemia / reperfusion model was used to ligate the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery, causing myocardial ischemia 30 min after reperfusion for 90 minutes to establish myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ICAM-1 in cardiomyocytes. [Results] Compared with sham group, the expression of ICAM-1 protein in cardiomyocytes was significantly increased. Compared with IR group, the expression of ICAM-1 protein in cardiomyocytes in S group was significantly decreased. [Conclusion] (1) The expression of ICAM-1 protein in cardiomyocytes is increased; (2) Shenmai injection can inhibit the up-regulation of ICAM-1 expression; (3) Shenmai injection has protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats Role, this effect and inhibition of this effect and inhibition of ICAM-1 upregulation.
