采用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench软件对ZZTM10300/17.5/30H型模板支架构建三维模型并设置边界条件和载荷,在对模型施加集中载荷和扭转载荷后,针对几种工况下模型顶梁和后顶梁的受力情况进行有限元分析,通过对最大应力值进行对比分析,得到六柱液压支架加载方式相关结论,为模板支架进一步优化设计提供参考和借鉴。
The three-dimensional model of ZZTM10300 / 17.5 / 30H template support was set up with Pro / E and ANSYS Workbench software and the boundary conditions and loads were set. After the concentrated and torsional loads were applied to the model, By analyzing the maximum stress value, the conclusion about the loading method of six-column hydraulic support is obtained, which can provide reference and reference for the further optimization design of the template support.
