随着矿物浮选技术的发展,充填介质已成为提高浮选柱分选效率和降低浮选柱高度的最有效途径之一。填料充填与筛板充填是浮选柱常用的两种充填方式,指出两种充填介质在工业应用中的特点,分析了筛板充填对浮选环境的改变以及对浮选结果的影响。从通量出发,对浮选柱充填方式进行优化,提出了在浮选柱浮选段进行蜂窝管和筛板两种介质的高效混合充填。该混合充填介质的提出,既延伸了化工充填介质的内涵,又创新了浮选柱技术。
With the development of mineral flotation technology, filling media has become one of the most effective ways to improve the flotation column separation efficiency and reduce the height of the flotation column. Filling and frit packing are the two commonly used filling methods for flotation column. The characteristics of the two kinds of filling media in industrial application are pointed out. The changes of flotation environment by sieve plate filling and the influence on flotation result are analyzed. Based on the flux, the filling method of flotation column was optimized, and the efficient mixing filling of the two media, ie honeycomb tube and sieve plate, was put forward in flotation section of flotation column. The proposed hybrid filling media not only extends the connotation of chemical filling media, but also innovates the flotation column technology.
