近些年,我国很多地区出现了百年不遇的干旱。让我们再次感受到了水比金子更加珍贵。面对水资源危机,世界各国纷纷开展节水行动,打响了一场特殊的“水战”。Top1:美国美国水费很便宜,普通人家每月的水费甚至低于中等工资收入者1个小时的工资,但人们把节水看成是一种修养,是个人素质的表现。人们有意识地防止浪费,公共场所如车站、机场、政府办公大楼等几乎看不到任何用水的地方有漏水现象。公共场所的水龙头多数都是红外线自动控制的。
