研制出以聚乙烯粉末为载体的乙烯气相聚合催化剂 ,在特定的催化体系中 ,它能取代二氧化硅载体使催化剂呈现良好的催化活性 ,同时使聚合产物保持较好的颗粒形态。与二氧化硅载体催化剂相比 ,聚乙烯载体催化剂具有很高的催化活性 ,聚合速率平稳 ,在气相反应中流动性好 ,制备原料简单易得 ,聚乙烯产物的灰份含量低。本文着重研究了载体颗粒大小、用量及BuMgCl/TiCl4摩尔比对催化剂性能的影响 ,同时也考察了聚乙烯载体催化剂的聚合行为。
The ethylene gas phase polymerization catalyst with polyethylene powder as carrier has been developed. It can replace the silica carrier in the specific catalyst system to make the catalyst show good catalytic activity, and keep the polymerization product in good particle shape. Compared with the silica carrier catalyst, the polyethylene carrier catalyst has high catalytic activity, stable polymerization rate, good liquidity in the gas phase reaction, simple and easy preparation of the raw materials and low ash content of the polyethylene product. This article focuses on the influence of the size of the carrier particles, the amount of the catalyst and the molar ratio of BuMgCl / TiCl4 on the performance of the catalyst, and also examines the polymerization behavior of the polyethylene carrier catalyst.
