在重力坝混凝土中,节约水泥和保证质量是互相影响而又互相制约的两个方面,离开保证质量来谈节约水泥是毫无意义的,故必须把两者联系起来综合考虑。如何防止大坝混凝土裂缝的发生,当前在国内工程技术界还有许多争论。例如,有人主张降低现行设计强度标号,大幅度地减少水泥用量;有人主张必须提高混凝土的极限拉伸值,等等。我们认为,降低重力坝混凝土的“热强比”,才是节约水泥、保证质量的正确途径。本文仅就管见所及,略谈几点看法,以期引起讨论。
In the concrete of gravity dam, saving cement and ensuring quality are two aspects that affect each other and restrict each other. It is pointless to talk about saving cement in terms of quality assurance. Therefore, we must consider the two together. How to prevent the occurrence of dam concrete cracks, there are many controversies in the domestic engineering and technical community. For example, some people advocate lowering the current design strength label and drastically reducing the amount of cement used. Some advocate the need to increase the ultimate tensile value of concrete, and so on. In our opinion, reducing the “hot ratio” of concrete in gravity dam is the correct way to save cement and ensure quality. This article only to see and control, a few comments, with a view to arousing discussion.
