As the founder of the far-reaching Nankai education system, Zhang Boling has no doubt about the status of modern education in China. However, he is not afraid of arduous work hard to promote life experience, but also become a motivational generation of educators valuable spiritual wealth. Zhang Boling’s educational experience and teaching philosophy has always been a focus of attention in the education field, resulting in a great deal of research results, greatly expanding the world’s awareness of Zhang Boling himself and his Nankai education system. However, when we look at the present discourse, we mostly analyze Zhang Boling - Nankai “How to do it ” and ask little about Zhang Boling - Nankai “Why?”
