目的 :探讨双草退黄冲剂 3号对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的疗效。方法 :将实验大鼠随机分为 5组 ,即正常组、模型组、秋水仙碱组及双草退黄冲剂 3号高、低剂量组 ,采用 CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,在造模同时给予双草退黄冲剂 3号 (相当于每日给予原生药 10 g/ kg、5 g/ kg) ,给药 6周末采血查谷丙转氨酶、 型前胶原 (PC ) ,并取肝脏组织测定羟脯氨酸 (Hyp)含量及作病理组织学检查 ,以秋水仙碱组作对照。结果 :与模型组比较 ,双草退黄冲剂3号组血清 PC 、肝 Hyp含量较低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肝功能损伤较轻 ,肝组织炎症及纤维增生均不明显 ;双草退黄冲剂3号高剂量组上述各指标接近或略优于秋水仙碱组。结论 :双草退黄冲剂 3号有保护肝细胞、预防肝纤维化作用
Objective : To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shuangcao Yihuang Granule No.3 on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats. METHODS: Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, colchicine group, and Shuangcao Yihuang Granule No. 3 high and low dose groups. Rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4 were modeled. At the same time, Shuangcao Yihuang Granule No. 3 (equivalent to 10 g/kg of native drug and 5 g/kg daily) was administered. At the end of the 6th week, blood was collected for glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and pre-collagen (PC), and the liver tissue was measured. Hydroxyproline (Hyp) content and histopathological examination, colchicine group as a control. Results: Compared with the model group, the content of PC and liver Hyp in Shuangcao Yihuang Granule 3 group was lower (P < 0.05), liver function injury was lighter, liver inflammation and fibrosis were not obvious; The above indexes in the high dose group of No. 3 of Huanghuang Granules were close to or slightly better than the Colchicine group. Conclusion : Shuangcao Recipe Huangqi Granule No. 3 protects liver cells and prevents liver fibrosis
