采用大鼠肾动脉夹闭方法制备肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血60min 后再灌注30min ,肾皮质丙二醛( M D A) 含量及钙含量较缺血组增高,过氧化氢酶( C A T) 活性低于缺血组。盐酸小檗胺可明显改善再灌注后的组织学损伤,降低 M D A 及钙含量,提高 C A T 活性。结果表明,小檗胺可以减轻氧自由基的损害作用,减轻细胞内钙超载,对缺血肾组织有一定保护作用。
Rat model of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by rat renal artery occlusion method. The content of MDA and the content of calcium in renal cortex were increased as compared with the ischemia group after 60 min of ischemia and 30 min of reperfusion. The expression of catalase C A T) activity was lower than the ischemic group. Berbamine hydrochloride can significantly improve histological damage after reperfusion, reduce M D A and calcium content, and improve C A T activity. The results showed that berbamine can reduce the damage of oxygen free radicals, reduce intracellular calcium overload, has a protective effect on ischemic renal tissue.
