目的:进行杜仲生态适宜性区划,为其生产布局和种植规划提供科学依据,也为贵州杜仲人工规范化种植基地的选取和优质原料收购区域的确定提供参考。方法:在对贵州省14个杜仲主产地资源调查的基础上,获取了松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量及生态因子数据,应用空间分析技术进行生态适宜性区划,同时结合杜仲主要活性成分分析不同地理位置、不同环境条件与活性成分的相关性。结果:杜仲最适宜区主要集中分布在贵州西北部;其中土壤类型、土壤pH及月均降水量等生态因子对杜仲的分布影响较大。不同地理位置杜仲主要活性成分在全局空间上是完全随机的,在局域空间上只有1个聚集点;且杜仲主要活性成分与海拔、经纬度相关性不显著。结论:应用空间分析技术及统计分析方法,从生态因子和化学成分两方面,进行了生态适宜性区划及松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的地理变异研究,可为杜仲适宜种植区及人工规范化种植基地的选取和生产布局提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct the ecological suitability zoning of Eucommia bark, provide a scientific basis for its production layout and planting plan, and also provide a reference for the selection of the artificial standardized planting base of Eucommia bark and the determination of the acquisition region of high quality raw materials. Methods: Based on the survey of the origin of 14 eucomia origins in Guizhou Province, the content of Pinoresinol diglucoside and the ecological factor data were obtained. Spatial analysis technology was used to carry out the eco-suitability zoning. At the same time, the main active components of Eucommia ulmoides were analyzed in different geographical locations , Different environmental conditions and the correlation between active ingredients. Results: The most suitable area for Eucommia ulmoides was mainly distributed in the northwestern part of Guizhou. Among them, the ecological factors such as soil type, soil pH and monthly average precipitation had a great influence on the distribution of Eucommia ulmoides. In different geographic locations, the main active components of Eucommia ulmoides are completely random in the global space, with only one aggregation point in the local space; and the correlation between the main active components of Eucommia and altitude, latitude and longitude is insignificant. Conclusion: The study on the ecological suitability zoning and the geographical variation of Pinoresinol diglucoside content from the aspects of ecological factor and chemical composition can be done by using the methods of spatial analysis and statistical analysis. It can be used as the suitable planting area for Eucommia ulmoides and artificial standardization planting base Selection and production layout to provide the basis.
