对TBZ药纸防腐保鲜后的鲜桃进行了维生素C和总酸的测定分析,结果表明,保鲜前、后桃肉中的维生素C含量为5.50mg/100g、5.30mg/100g,总酸为0.48％、0.49％,经统计学分析,无显著性差异(P>0.05),好果率为98％以上。
The results showed that the content of vitamin C in the peach meat before and after the preservation was 5.50mg / 100g, 5.30mg / 100g and the total acid was 0.48 %, 0.49% respectively. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) by statistical analysis, and the good fruit rate was above 98%.
