由于缺少风扇磨煤机打击轮的判废或强度标准 ,只能凭借以往生产经验去决定打击轮的使用时间 .但实践证明 ,按着这样使用寿命而退役的打击轮尚能继续使用 ,因而 ,研究打击轮强度分析方法和制定强度标准 ,对我国各热电厂安全生产和取得良好的经济效益将意义巨大 .应用有限元法 ,采用SuperSap95结构分析软件和自行编制的数字接口软件GXLQJ ,对风扇磨煤机打击轮前盘进行应力分析 ,计算结果将为打击轮强度分析和强度标准研究提供理论分析依据
Due to the lack of criteria for sentenced to scrapping or strength of fan pulleys of fan mills, the service life of strike wheels can only be determined by past production experience. However, it has been proved that the strike wheels retired for such service life can continue to be used. Therefore, It is of great significance to study the method of strength analysis of striking wheel and to set the intensity standard for the safety production and good economic benefits of each thermal power plant in our country.Using the finite element method and the SuperSap95 structural analysis software and the digital interface software GXLQJ Machine hit the wheel before the plate for stress analysis, the calculation results will provide a theoretical analysis of the impact strength analysis and strength standards
