“三个代表”是新的历史时期对广大党员干部提出的新要求。在学习实践“三个代表”重要思想过程中,我们各级党员干部必须切实转变作风.改进工作方法,身体力行“三个下沉”。工作着眼点必须下沉,把策略谋在基层。各级党委政府要牢牢坚持觉的全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,把工作的着眼点放在基层,心操在基层,劲使在基层,工作做在基层。
“Three Represents ” is a New Request Made by the Party Members and Cadres in the New Historical Period. In studying and practicing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ we must earnestly change the style of work among party members and cadres at all levels, improve their methods of work, and practice ’three sinks.’ Work focus must sink, the strategy at the grassroots level. Party committees and governments at all levels must firmly adhere to the principle of serving the people wholeheartedly. They should focus their work on the grassroots and exercise caution at the grassroots and work at the grassroots level.
