超宽带射频技术在通信、雷达、电子干扰与对抗等领域有着广泛的应用。未来要求超宽带微波信号系统判断快速、识别方便准确等,为此,本文设计了一种适用于自DC到40 GHz微波信号的自适应选频切换网络。方案采用3段处理的方式,分别调节各段信号幅度后,再经滤波、检波、比较和数模转换、逻辑判断、控制和驱动等处理,可准确识别、判断和切换不同频段,实现了全频段内小信号微秒级(μs)、大信号毫秒级(ms)切换的能力,验证了设计的正确性。
Ultra-wideband radio frequency technology in communications, radar, electronic jamming and confrontation has a wide range of applications. The future requirements of ultra-wideband microwave signal system to determine fast, easy to identify accurate, for this reason, this paper designed a suitable for self-DC to 40 GHz microwave signal adaptive frequency switching network.
