崔猛,雅号猛子,八岁开始习书,且专此艺业。美院毕业后于沈创办钢笔书院,其后倾力陶艺,数件作品收藏于景德镇陶院及安徽祁门博物馆。至今,亦书亦画,技艺日渐精湛,其作品亦有香港、台湾等地收藏。师从中国书协副主席聂成文先生,现为辽宁省书法家协会会员、辽宁美术家协会会员、辽宁硬笔书法家协会副主席、中国青少年书法家协会理事、沈阳青年书法家协会常务理事。在2004年2月21日举办《三行书法展》中百幅书画作品几乎全部售出,沈阳电视台、瓦房店电 Cui Meng, Ya Meng son, started learning book at the age of eight, and the art.
