针对傅里叶变换红外成像光谱仪实时数据处理技术的要求,研究了一种基于FPGA的集干涉图非均匀性校正、光谱复原、光谱辐射定标于一体的傅里叶变换红外成像光谱仪实时光谱复原芯片系统。该系统对输入信号做了标准化设计,以流水线方式输出目标的复原光谱信息,可嵌入到各种类型的红外/可见光傅里叶变换成像光谱仪的实时数据处理系统中,具有体积小、运算速度快、稳定可靠及易于升级等优点,为基于光谱特征的目标实时识别奠定了良好的技术基础。
