房地产市场除了受经济、货币、政策等因素影响以外,与居民人数的变迁有着密切联系。居民规模及结构变化直接影响当前及未来的房地产市场发展态势。1998年我国深化城镇住房制度改革以来,北京房地产市场快速发展。与此同时,居民规模也在不断扩大,成为影响房地产市场发展变化的一个重要因素。
In addition to the real estate market affected by economic, monetary, policy and other factors, and the changes in the number of residents are closely linked. Residents size and structure changes directly affect the current and future real estate market development trend.
