订单粮食,就是粮食部门与农民之间依法签订粮食产购合同.农民种什么,由粮食部门根据市场的要求安排指定,农民只管包种、种好,粮食部门按约价包收,并支付一定的预购定金用于备种,购肥料.这样做,至少有几个方面的好处:1.解决了政府和农民的后顾之忧.随着粮食生产技术的提高,投入的加大,农民一方面为连年的丰收高兴,另一方面又对粮食的卖难忧心忡忡.
