影响十字花科植物离体子房培养的某些因素

十字花科种间或属间的杂种胚,一般在心形期,有的甚至在球形期便解体。在这之前剥取胚或胚珠进行培养,极易损伤胚。如用受粉后不久的子房培养,不仅胚不受损伤,而且比剥胚时的幼角含有更多未解体的胚,从而可获得较多的种子。有的杂交组合,甚至更适于子房培养。Takeshita在白菜×甘蓝中,子房培养得到的种子,比胚珠和胚培养的都多。Matsuzawa认为,以黑芥作母本的组合进行子房培养效果更好。 Cruciferous interspecific or intergeneric hybrid embryos, usually in the heart-shaped period, and some even in the spherical phase will be disintegrated.
