建构主义理论认为学习是学习者主动建构意义的过程,强调学习的主动性、社会性和情境性。其对大学英语教学的启示一是在教学中注意发挥学生的主体作用,教师逐渐转变为中介作用;二是在教学中要为学生提供一个真实的学习环境;三是促使学生积极参加语言实践,实现思维训练与语言训练的结合;四是支持教师与学生之间和学生相互间的合作与交流。
Constructivism holds that learning is the process by which learners actively construct meaning and emphasizes the initiative, sociality and situationality of learning. One of its enlightenment to college English teaching is that it should pay attention to play the main role of students in teaching, teachers gradually turn into an intermediary role; second, to provide students with a real learning environment in teaching; third, to encourage students to actively participate in language practice, To achieve the combination of thinking training and language training; fourth, to support the cooperation and exchange between teachers and students and students.
