本文报道高胆固醇食物(1g/d)对家兔肾脏的病理形态改变。实验证明高胆固醇血症家兔的许多肾小管及肾小球内有脂质沉着,特别在皮质下区。这些含脂质的细胞在喂高胆同醇食物的第2周即可出现。肾小球内所见的特征性病变,是肾小球间质PAS阳性纤维及血管系膜细胞增生性的肾小球纤维化。肾内另一明显病变,是在肾髓质周围区间质内出现大量含脂质的泡沬巨噬细胞。本实验着重说明,高胆固醇血症可引起肾小球硬化及脂质泡沫斑块的形成,从而肾功能将遭受损伤这一事实。
This article reports the pathological changes of kidneys in rabbits with high-cholesterol diet (1g/d). Experiments have shown that there are lipid depositions in many renal tubules and glomeruli in hypercholesterolemic rabbits, especially in the subcortical region. These lipid-containing cells appeared in the second week of feeding hypercholesterolemic foods. The characteristic lesions seen in the glomerulus are glomerular fibrosis in the glomerular mesenchymal PAS-positive fibers and mesangial cells. Another obvious lesion in the kidney is the presence of a large number of lipid-containing vesicular macrophages in the interstitial mass around the medulla. This experiment highlights the fact that hypercholesterolemia can cause glomerulosclerosis and the formation of lipid foam plaques, and kidney function will suffer damage.
