提出一种降低注塑件热残余应力的去应力退火热处理的分析方法,以提高注塑件的质量.以塑料尺为研究对象,借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件,以注射成型工艺参数优化组合条件下数值计算的结果作为初始条件,仿真注射成型后的去应力退火热处理过程.采用时间硬化蠕变模型体现材料黏弹性,分析注塑件的蠕变和热残余应力的变化.各时间的残余应力的等效应力值表明退火热处理有效地降低了注塑件的热残余应力,水浴退火热处理实验验证了数值仿真的合理性和去应力退火热处理方法的有效性.
An analysis method of stress relief annealing heat treatment to reduce the thermal residual stress of injection molded parts is put forward to improve the quality of injection molded parts.According to the plastic ruler as the research object and with the aid of ABAQUS finite element analysis software, As the initial condition, the stress-relief annealing process after injection molding was simulated.The time-dependent creep model was used to reflect the viscoelasticity of the material and the variation of creep and thermal residual stress of injection-molded parts was analyzed.The equivalent residual stress The values indicate that the annealing heat treatment effectively reduces the thermal residual stress of the injection-molded parts. The water bath annealing heat treatment experiment verifies the rationality of the numerical simulation and the effectiveness of the annealing annealing heat treatment method.
