高校学生校园自杀事故频繁发生,但目前我国在界定高校法律责任上存在误区,将学生死亡的责任及偿付重任压在高校独一主体上,造成高校处理事件压力大、处理结果却很难令家长满意的状况。因此,明确高校对学生校园自杀案件的法律责任及完善赔付制度是减轻学校与家庭压力的紧迫任务,本文从高校学生校园自杀现状及其影响入手,厘清高校承担法律责任的构成要件,并提出了完善赔付制度的建议。
