深度烧伤创面的皮瓣修复52例分析

目的观察深度烧伤创面皮瓣修复的效果。方法对52例深度烧伤创面根据烧伤创面的深度、部位、创面条件及全身情况选择合适的皮瓣进行修复。结果52例深度烧伤创面采用各种皮瓣修复后,除1例皮瓣远端部分坏死外,其余51例皮瓣均成活,术后外形、功能恢复满意。结论深度烧伤特别是难治性或晚期骨外露合并感染创面均考虑皮瓣移植,重视术前、术中、术后处理是手术成功的关键,深度烧伤创面采用皮瓣修复能达到创面和功能的恢复,提高了烧伤患者的生活质量。 Objective To observe the effect of deep burn wound flap repair. Methods 52 cases of deep burn wounds were selected according to the depth, location, wound conditions and general condition of burn wounds. Results 52 cases of deep burn wounds were repaired with various kinds of flaps. Except for the necrosis of the distal part of one flap, the other 51 flaps survived. The postoperative appearance and function recovery were satisfactory. Conclusion Deep skin burns, especially those with refractory or late-stage bone degeneration, are considered as the key to the success of surgery. The importance of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management is the key to successful operation. Deep-burn wounds can be repaired by using skin flap to achieve wound and function Recovery, improve the quality of life of patients with burns.
