对湖北省钟祥县官庄湖农场189户942名居民用RPHA法检查HBsAg,122人HBsAg阳性,HBsAg携带率为12.95%。本文提出HBsAg携带者在家庭中分布的资料不符合二项分布与Poisson分布,但符合Neyman分布与负二项分布。结果表明HBsAg携带者在家庭中的聚集性可以用统计的理论分布证明。对本结果的应用与意义进行了讨论。
HBsAg was detected by RPHA method in 189 households of 189 households in Guanzhuanghu Farm, Zhongxiang County, Hubei Province. The HBsAg positive rate of 122 persons was 12.95%. This paper proposes that the distribution of HBsAg carriers in the family does not conform to the binomial distribution and the Poisson distribution, but it matches the Neyman distribution and the negative binomial distribution. The results show that the aggregation of HBsAg carriers in the family can be proved by the statistical distribution of theory. The application and significance of this result are discussed.
