The image of ideological and political workers should be three-dimensional: the image of occupation, the image of work and the personal image of political workers themselves, all of which together constitute the image of ideological and political workers in a complete sense. To discuss shaping the image of ideological and political work in the new era can not be confined to the personality image but should be focused on the whole and explored from three aspects. The image of a profession refers to the social overall evaluation of the ideological and political work as a social occupation and its acquisition. It is the first level of “the image of an ideological and political worker.” There is no kind of social job than ideological and political jobs in this job for its practitioners
