[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族男性血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)与多种代谢性疾病患病危险的相关性.[方法]于2009年7月—2010年7月间在延边地区安图县采用整群抽样方法选取30~70岁的朝鲜族和汉族男性人群3 416例,所有研究对象对调查内容均知情同意.选择研究对象时,排除其他民族及混血民族学生以便更准确地比较民族之间的差异性.采用标准化调查表收集本研究相关信息.通过健康体格检查准确测量身高、体重、腰围、血压,同时抽取清晨空腹(禁食12h)静脉血,准确测定清晨空腹(禁食12h)静脉血GGT、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血糖(FBG),并分析GGT与多种代谢指标的相关性.[结果]随着GGT水平的升高,整体型肥胖、腹型肥胖、高血压、高TC、高TG及高血糖(汉族)的检出率呈显著增加趋势(P<0.01);朝鲜族与汉族男性GGT水平随着多种代谢异常聚集程度的增加呈增高趋势,其增高趋势有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]延边地区朝鲜族和汉族男性多种代谢异常者检出率与GGT水平的升高有相关性.
[Objective] To analyze the correlation between serum γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT) and the risk of various metabolic diseases in Korean and Han nationality in Yanbian area. [Method] From July 2009 to July 2010, In Antu County, Yanbian, 3416 male and female Korean men aged 30-70 years were selected by cluster sampling method, and all the subjects were informed of the investigation contents. [Results] The detection rate of overall obesity, abdominal obesity, hypertension, high TC, high TG and high blood sugar (Han) increased significantly with the increase of GGT level (P <0.01) Han Chinese GGT levels with a variety of metabolic abnormalities gathered Increase the degree tended to increase, which is an increasing trend was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Yanbian Korean and Han men a variety of metabolic abnormalities detection rate and elevated GGT levels correlated.
