用CH3Si(EtO)3、PhSi(EtO)3这两种烷氧基硅烷作为反应原料,在中性条件下,进行水解缩聚反应,再经蒸馏、缩合,最终得到以D5为溶剂的含羟基封端的甲基苯基硅树脂.研究了水解反应时,水的用量、水解温度、水解时间、搅拌速度这4种因素对所制硅树脂产物的影响;利用IR谱图对合成的甲基苯基硅树脂的特征吸收峰进行分析,同时考察了其耐温性、凝胶化时间,并分析了在不同溶剂中的稳定性与相溶性.实验表明:在水解条件为:水的用量为n(H2O)/n(OR)为1.2;水解温度在50℃;反应时间为4h;搅拌速度为600r·min-1下,具备很好的相溶性和热稳定性,固化温度在160℃左右,在600℃高温情况下,该树脂的残余质量依然能维持在84.7%,耐高温性较好.“,”Taking CH3Si (EtO)3,PhSi (EtO)3 alkoxy silane mixed monomers as raw materials,hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction under neutral conditions,and then distillation and thermal condensation,the hydroxyl terminated methyl phenyl silicone resin with D5 as solvent was finally obtained.The effects of four factors,including the amount of water,the temperature of hydrolysis,the time of hydrolysis and the speed of agitation,on the products of silicone resin were studied.The structure of methyl phenyl silicone resin was characterized by IR spectrum,and the characteristics of temperature resistance,gel properties were also investigated.Experiment results show that the hydrolysis conditions were:the dosage of water is n (H2O)/n (OR) is 1.2;the hydrolysis temperature at 50℃;the reaction time is 4H;the stirring speed is 600r· min-1,with phase solubility and good thermal stability,curing temperature at 160℃,in 600 high temperature residual mass of the resin remains at 84.7%.
