桥式起重机的电气控制设计发展越来越快,起重机的整体发展水平要求更高。随着工业自动化应用的需求不断提升,通过PLC电气技术,替代传统的交流控制器设备,这是未来工程电气控制发展的必然趋势。本文将针对实际桥式起重机电气的结构标准和变频器选择过程进行合理的分析,充分研究PLC通信同实际的起重电气控制设计过程,明确实际同步纠偏过程中可能存在的安全保护隐患问题。
Bridge crane electrical control design faster and faster development of the crane as a whole requires a higher level of development. With the increasing demand for industrial automation applications, through the PLC electrical technology, alternative to the traditional AC controller equipment, which is the future development of electrical control the inevitable trend. In this paper, a reasonable analysis will be made on the electrical structural standards and inverter selection process of the actual overhead traveling crane. The full study of PLC communication and actual crane electrical control design process will be made so as to clarify potential safety hazard problems during actual synchronous rectification.
