目的:研究抗CD3-抗胶质瘤双特异性抗体(双抗)对裸鼠体内人脑胶质瘤生长的影响。方法:动物分为6组,实验组系双抗治疗组,其余为不同的对照组,采用人脑胶质瘤裸鼠模型NHG-1,分别观察各组中肿瘤的出现、生长及宿主的生存情况。结果:在实验组中,肿瘤出现的平均潜伏期、肿瘤细胞生长周期时间以及动物的生存期均比各对照组延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);肿瘤增殖曲线显示,经几周缓慢生长后,各对照组先后进入快速生长期,而经双抗治疗的实验组,肿瘤始终处于缓慢生长状态。结论:抗CD3-抗胶质瘤双特异性抗体可以延缓人脑胶质瘤在动物体内的生长速度,具有临床应用潜力。
Objective: To study the effect of anti-CD3-anti-glioma bispecific antibody (double antibody) on the growth of human glioma in nude mice. METHODS: The animals were divided into 6 groups.
