茶色素(Tea Pigment)是从茶叶中提得的纯天然药物,是包括茶黄素、茶红素和茶褐素等在内的水溶性色素,主要成分为多元酚类物质.动物实验表明,茶色素具有调节血脂、抗凝、促纤溶、增强免疫、抗肿瘤等作用.现就其临床应用及作用机理的最近研究作一综述.1 对血小板功能的影响血栓素A_2(TXA_2)具有促进血栓形成作用,前列环素(PGI_2)可抑制血小板聚集,TXA_2/PGI_2的平衡对维持正常的血小板功能,保护内皮细胞免受损伤有重要意义.血浆内颗粒膜蛋白(GMP—140)是血小板活化的特异性标志,在调节血细胞与内皮细胞的相互作用及血栓形成中起重要作用.连美玲等对冠心病人36例,高血压病人30例,采用茶色素胶囊250mg,口服,3次/日,30日为1疗程,进行治疗观察.结果,血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、TXB_2/6-keto—PGF_(1)a(6-酮-前列腺素F_(1a))比值、GMP—140明显降低,血小板凝聚试验(PagT)、血小板粘附试
