大白菜是我区冬、春两季的主要蔬菜,在冬、春季节贮藏好大白菜,是保证我区广大群众半年吃菜的重要问题。做好贮藏工作,不仅要有适用的菜窖,而且要有适宜贮藏的品种和相应的一系列栽培技术措施。现就与做好大白菜贮藏工作有关的一些问题介绍于后:
