用放射免疫分析法分别测定了链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)所致的糖尿病大鼠模型在2、4、6周时的下丘脑、垂体、胰腺及血浆β-内啡肽样免疫活性物质(immunoreactive β-endorphin,ir-β-EP),并同时测定了痛阈。结果发现在糖尿病大鼠模型建立4周时,以上组织及血浆的ir-β-EP开始下降,且随病程的进展而继续下降,同时伴有痛阈的降低,与对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.01),提示糖尿病大鼠组织β-内啡肽含量降低的程度与病程和痛阈有关。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the immunoreactivity of hypothalamus, pituitary, pancreas and plasma β-endorphin in diabetic rat models induced by streptozotocin (STZ) at 2, 4 and 6 weeks respectively (Immunoreactive β-endorphin, ir-β-EP), and pain threshold was determined at the same time. The results showed that ir-β-EP in the above tissue and plasma began to decline at 4 weeks after the establishment of diabetic rat model, and continued to decline with the progression of the disease, accompanied by a decrease in pain threshold, which was significantly different from the control group P <0.01), suggesting that the degree of decrease of β-endorphin in diabetic rats is related to duration and pain threshold.
