本文报道了用红外光谱、X射线衍射、电子衍射和差热热重分析技术对铝及铝合金表面铬酸盐转化膜的组成和结构作进一步测定分析的结果。X射线衍射和电子衍射结果表明,转化膜为非晶态。转化膜主要组成为CrOOH·nH_2O,在较高温度下(~310℃),CrOOH将转化为Cr_2O_3。在用含有[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-)的铬酸处理液处理所得的转化膜中还含有少量的铁氰化物。
In this paper, the composition and structure of chromate conversion coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces have been reported by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction and TG-DTA. X-ray diffraction and electron diffraction results show that the conversion film is amorphous. The main composition of the conversion coating CrOOH · nH_2O, at higher temperatures (~ 310 ℃), CrOOH will be converted to Cr_2O_3. A small amount of ferricyanide was also contained in the conversion coating treated with the chromic acid treatment solution containing [Fe (CN) 6] ~ (3-).
