近年来,国内外许多学者从免疫学角度对某些中草药进行了多方面的筛选和研究,并取得可喜成果,但对抗疟中草药,特别是中西药结合抗疟作用及对机体免疫功能影响研究甚少。为此,我们选用灵芝加氯喹、黄芪加氯喹、刺五加加氯喹及单方氯喹引起非特异性免疫机能改变以观察其对疗效及动物健康的影响.实验结果证明:以上中草药分别与氯喹合并用药后,可以改善氯喹单方所引起的免疫抑制现象,从而增强其机体非特异性免疫机能而获得较好疗效。
In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted numerous screenings and researches on certain Chinese herbal medicines from the perspective of immunology, and have made gratifying achievements. To this end, we used Ganoderma lucidium plus chloroquine, astragalus plus chloroquine, Acanthopanax plus chloroquine, and unilateral chloroquine to induce non-specific immune function changes to observe its effect on the efficacy and animal health. The experimental results showed that the above Chinese herbal medicines were combined with chloroquine respectively. , can improve the immunosuppression caused by chloroquine unilaterally, thereby enhancing its non-specific immune function and obtain better efficacy.
