目的:对滨蒿的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶和Sphadex LH-20等色谱技术分离纯化滨蒿中的化学成分,通过波谱技术结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从滨蒿中分离纯化出4个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:4,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎尼酸(1)、3,4-O-二咖啡酰基奎尼酸(2)、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎尼酸(3)和4’-羟基汉黄芩素(4)。结论:4个单体化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到,为滨蒿的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia frigida. Methods: The chemical constituents of Artemisia annua were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, reverse phase silica gel and Sphadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were identified by spectroscopic techniques and physicochemical properties. Results: Four monomer compounds were isolated and purified from Artemisia frigida and identified as 4,5-O-disaccharidylquinic acid (1), 3,4-O-dicavlycanoylquinic acid (2) , 3,5-O-disaccharidylquinic acid (3) and 4’-hydroxylanthicin (4). Conclusion: Four monomeric compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, providing a reference for further development and utilization of Artemisia frigida.
