胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)是由上皮细胞衍生的一类白介素7样细胞因子,于1994年由Friend等学者首次发现并报道。此后越来越多的研究表明,其广泛出现在变态反应性疾病中,在变态反应性疾病的发病机制中扮演重要角色。文章对近年来TSLP及其与变态反应性疾病密切相关性的研究进展作一综述。
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a type of interleukin-7-like cytokine derived from epithelial cells. It was first discovered and reported by Friend et al. In 1994. Since then more and more studies have shown that it is widely present in allergic diseases and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. The article reviews the recent progress of TSLP and its close relationship with allergic diseases.
