在面临着我国医疗体制改革逐步成熟与完善下,在市场竞争日趋激烈下,加强成本管理是每个经营主体都面临思考的问题。但是医院尤其是公立医院不但要考虑成本运营的模式与手段,同时还要考虑社会责任与公益性。那么如何在提高服务质量、占领市场、扩大收益的前提下,有效地降低成本,将新的成本管理理念应用到医院管理中来,使其更加有效地为医院的健康发展助上一臂之力是医院管理者们不可回避的话题。
