立柱是综采液压支架上的主要掩护设备,而立柱产生的各类机械液压事故都是影响液压支架正常工作的主要因素。由于缸体内腔产生锈蚀,密封件长期与锈蚀点产生磨损,造成立柱漏液、串液,使立柱的下腔工作液体量减少。液压支架的支撑力难以达到设计要求,对综采工作面的顶板管理不利,引发一系列生产安全问题。现盘江煤电公司根据检修的具体情况,采用对锈蚀的缸体内腔镶不锈钢套的方式解决此问题。
