实行厂务公开是目前企业扩大和落实职工的知情权为基础,以职工代表大会制度为主渠道和基本载体吸引和动员广大职工参与企业的民主决策、民主管理和民主监督的重要手段。但是,就目前企业在推行厂务公开工作的实际情况来看,其发展的情况不一样,收到的效果也参差不齐,如何提高厂务公开工作针对性,达到有效性,应从以下几个方面入手。
