考虑到镍、钛、硼对225 Cr Mo 、15 Cr Mo V 等 Cr Mo 钢焊接热影响区冷裂敏感性的影响,进行了插销试验。由试验结果可以看出,加入适量的镍、钛、硼元素,能提高 Cr Mo 钢焊接热影响区的插销试验临界断裂应力σcr 。
Considering the influence of nickel, titanium and boron on the cold cracking susceptibility of heat-affected zone of 225 CrMo, 15 CrMo and other Mosteel welding, the bolt test was carried out. From the test results, it can be seen that the addition of proper amount of nickel, titanium and boron can increase the critical fracture stress σcr of the bolt test in heat-affected zone of CrMo steel.
