如果领导者只希望听到为自己观点叫好的声音,听不进员工的不同意见,那么他的思路一定会很闭塞,决策也会很盲目。卓越的领导者会多方听取不同意见,并据此作出正确决策。
If the leader only wants to hear applause from his own point of view and can not listen to the different opinions of his staff, his thinking will be very obstructive and his decision-making will be very blind. Leaders of excellence will listen to different opinions and make correct decisions accordingly.
