一、前言一九七六年唐山发生地震时,位于九度区的唐山陡河电厂(未设防)受到严重破坏。其中,一个较为引人注目的问题是装配式框架结构的梁内主钢筋在剖口焊接头处(焊口及其热影响区)断裂较多,多半呈斜向断口。但位于八度区的唐山发电厂的锅炉炉架、扬柳青电厂等却未发生断裂现象。因此,在总结唐山地震经验时,就提出了一系列急待解决的问题。例如:怎样认识剖口焊钢筋接头发生断裂的现象;在地震区的工程设计中,能否采用剖口焊钢筋接头;如采用时,应采取哪些必要的措施等等。为此,在国家建委建研院标准所、水电部规划管理局的组织下,我们进行了剖口焊钢筋接头抗震
I. Preface When the Tangshan earthquake occurred in 1976, the Tangshan Douhe Power Plant (undefended) in the Jiudu District was severely damaged. Among them, one of the more striking problems is that the main steel bars in the prefabricated frame structure have more fractures at the weld joints (welded joint and its heat affected zone), and most of them are obliquely fractured. However, in the Tangshan Power Plant in the Badu District, there are no breaks in the boiler grate and the Yangliuqing Power Plant. Therefore, when summarizing the experience of the Tangshan earthquake, a series of issues that need to be solved are put forward. For example: how to recognize the phenomenon of breakage in the joints with welded joints; whether in the engineering design of the seismic zone, whether joints can be used for welding joints; if necessary, what measures should be taken. To this end, under the organization of the Institute of Standardization of the State Construction and Construction Institute and the Ministry of Water Resources Planning and Administration, we carried out joint welding of welded joints to resist earthquakes.
